All parcels are insured according to the value of their contents. For orders with a goods value of up to EUR 50.00, a flat shipping fee of EUR 5.95 applies. Orders above EUR 50.00 are shipped free of charge. If cash on delivery is selected, an additional fee of EUR 5.00 applies. In addition, a transfer fee of EUR 2.00 must be paid directly to the delivery service. Tracking status and tracking numbers can be viewed in your “My Account” area or via email.

International:
All parcels are insured according to the value of their contents. For all international orders, a flat shipping fee of EUR 15.00 applies regardless of order value. Other:
Additional delivery options may be available upon request, such as express national/international delivery, delivery on public holidays or the following day, and scheduled delivery by arrangement.
