Revocation Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jewelier Ersay, Tauentzienstraße 9- 12 in the Europa Center, 10789 Berlin, Germany, info@juwelier-ersay.de, telephone: 030- 26101756) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website https://www.juwelier-ersay.de/de/content/widerrufrecht-7. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation (e.g. by e-mail).
In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we have refunded all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. They shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You must only pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of the goods which is not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
• Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Special hints
If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, they are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic entity. This is to be assumed in particular if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our participation in terms of financing. If the loan has already been granted to us when the revocation takes effect, your lender shall enter into our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or the return. The latter shall not apply if the present contract is concerned with the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. of securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan contract if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal.
