Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Hungary, the United States, and Cyprus. Deliveries are handled exclusively by DHL. Delivery to parcel lockers or Packstations is not available.

Germany:
All parcels are insured according to the value of their contents. For orders with a goods value of up to EUR 50.00, a flat shipping fee of EUR 5.95 applies. Orders above EUR 50.00 are shipped free of charge. If cash on delivery is selected, an additional fee of EUR 5.00 applies. International:
All parcels are insured according to the value of their contents. For all international orders, a flat shipping fee of EUR 15.00 applies regardless of order value. Additional delivery options may be available upon request, such as express national/international delivery, delivery on public holidays or the following day, and scheduled delivery by arrangement.
