The Seiko Prospex SRPL53K1 Samurai Padi Diver Special Edition is an automatic dive watch made of stainless steel. The case measures 41.7 mm in diameter and 12.3 mm in height and follows the new slimmer and flatter Slim Samurai line. The Seiko Prospex SRPL53K1 combines the angular Samurai shape with the classic Padi look in green and steel. Case and bracelet are made entirely of stainless steel with brushed and polished surfaces.

The green dial shows a gradient from light green in the centre to dark edges and carries the Seiko, Prospex and Padi markings as well as the Automatic and Diver’s 200m text. The large applied indices and broad hands are coated with luminous material for clear legibility under water. The date sits at the 4 o’clock position. The rotating green bezel with white markers controls dive time and turns in one direction only. The Hardlex crystal protects the dial against scratches. The screw-down crown is positioned at the side and knurled for grip. With water resistance to 200m the watch is suited for diving.

Inside, the Seiko Prospex SRPL53K1 runs the automatic calibre 4R35 with a 41-hour power reserve, date and second stop. The steel bracelet closes with a folding clasp and sits securely on the wrist.
